Hey Castro,
  We will be needing 2 EZ-Ups, two tables, two water coolers, and styrofoam cups.  The beach cleanup will be on March 29, from 9am to 2pm, and we will be giving them 6 hours.  I have attached spreadsheets with groups, names of people going, and parent volunteers.
